The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have no words. The only reason it’s getting one star is because you need to put a star to write the review. They will definitely try to rip you off and they do not care about you as a customer. I was told “ Toyota will not just do something to satisfy one customer.” You will not see me coming in here, not even to service the vehicle I will be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing was offered to me to lighten the blow, not even when I first bought the vehicle was I offered any type of compensation for the mishap. They do not care about you here or what happens to the vehicle after you leave. Overall, not happy, would not recommend.

I have been going to this Dealership leasing my cars for many years. I even bought family members to purchase cars. My experience in 2024 made me realize I do not want to ever deal with this dealership again. I came in to turn in my vehicle that I leased from them in 2021 in early June 2024 . I looked at cars and finally sat with a salesman to choose what I wanted and give a deposit and told him what color car I was looking for in terms of color ( dark grey or blue) and I only wanted captain seats .I was ensured that they could get this for me once I paid my deposit which I did. I waited. On July 23rd of 2024 I get a call Saying they have located my new vehicle. They asked me to come in and when I did, they gave me paperwork to fill out to transfer my new car onto insurance and remove the old car so that I can leave with my new car today. They had me go clean out my car and remove everything. I complied completed everything and contacted the insurance company who added my new car and removed my old car. The Salesman gave me the VIN number and all the information I needed to switch it on my insurance. When I am done They call me over to get in my new Car And hand me keys. When I get to the car, the car is red with bucket seats, totally opposite of what I asked for. When I stated that I was very specific about what I wanted, they acted as if they made a mistake so I had to undo everything and end up driving away with my old car. They told me Before I left That they were sorry and I would have my car the following week when the new shipment comes in - This was July 24th. I waited for a call from them and never received one about my car .August came and went , September came and went, October came and went and November came and went Without any word from Queensboro Toyota . I called and to ask for the status ofmy car. The manager said they are sorry they would have something soon - I said to them it would’ve been courteous to give me a call to let me know that there was a hold up. At this point, I decided I was over Queensborough toyota. In December, I stopped by to get my deposit back I was told by the same manager in the front that it could not be processed because the finance department was not open. I was told I had to come back. I came back a few days later and the same manager was extremely rude. I spoke to one of the receptionist at the front ( she was Extremely nice) and stated to her that I was coming in to get my deposit back. She told me to go speak to the manager, who was sitting by the door at the desk. When I walked up to him and wait for him to acknowledge me, he didn’t. I said excuse me I was told to come see you about a refund of my deposit. He told me that he was busy and for me to have a seat for two minutes so I went to the service area and sat. He never moved from his seat. He never acknowledged at all so after A while I went back to the receptionist who was shocked that I was still here. She said “he didn’t see you yet“, She sent me back to the manager at the front again. He’s finally looked up at me and asked me how can he help me? I explained I was looking for my deposit back. All he did type something in the computer and say that I would receive it in a few days. Why couldn’t this be done when I came the week prior if it was that simple and why did I have to wait almost an hour for him to click a button? This manager along with this entire situation has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and is the reason that I choose not to EVER come back or recommend Queensborough Toyota to anyone. The treatment I received is beyond reprehensible and I will not have any further dealings them. I found this entire experience extremely unprofessional and they are not worthy of my money.

Fui allí y averigüé por un carro y me dijeron que tenía que dar un dowmnpayment altísimo, conseguir un garante y esperar solo dos semanas, consegui todo, di algo de dinero porque no me quisieron recibir todo y firmamos; pasadas dos semanas me dijeron que el Delivery de carros tuvo un retraso que a fin de mes llegaba, A fin de mes llame y no me contestaron el teléfono, después de insistir me dijeron que la primera semana de Noviembre llegaba y que ya el gerente había dicho que ese carro tenía mi nombre, ayer llame y no me contestaron, hoy me llama el muchacho y me dice que en el transcurso del día me llama para ir y firmar, al final del día me llama y dice que ya no me pueden vender el carro porque tengo Tax ID y no un social !!!! Después de dos meses !!! Por qué no me dijeron eso el día uno y me hubieran evitado perder tanto tiempo ? PÉSIMO!!! Mañana voy por mi dinero y ojalá me lo entreguen !!! Eso fue DISCRIMINACIÓN!!! Que impotencia !!

Just had the displeasure of working a BDC rep named John. Called in looking for a deal on a 2024 RAV4 hybrid XLE. He sounded very unenthusiastic, as if someone is forcing him to be there. I Asked to speak to someone on the sales floor and he said he is from the sales floor. Then told him what I want and that I’m looking for a good deal. He said he cannot discount without speaking to a manager or sales member. At that point I asked I thought you said you are from the sales floor and then I asked to be transferred to someone on the sales floor and he did not want let me speak to anyone else. Just said everyone is busy and hung up. Very disappointing to see a reputed dealership behave this way. Just lost me as a customer to hillside Toyota.

I bought a car paid in full brand new 5 years ago with extended Warrenty. The car is good but the service department is terrible. If you hear a noise they charge $200 to find out what’s wrong. If it’s under Warrenty it should be free. They Uber you up to $25 you pay additional fees. They call the car is ready but as I drive away my navigation not working come right back and I have to wait. Not worth paying extended Warrenty. They should give car rentals instead with extended Warrenty. Always frustrating

I bought a new 2024 Toyota sienna, after the first month I had AC problems. I came to this place and they kept pushing me week after week then sent me to another place which made me pay to fix the AC although the car is still in the guarantee. After that I found an oil leak due to a mistake they made. This is a commercial car so because of that I’m losing work time and money. This car makes from $300 to $400 a day and because of this unprofessionalism I lost 5 days of work. So please if you can resolve my problem or give me a number or email to contact you!

Brought my car in for diagnostics, car came back with 2 alarms, they told me it had an Evap switching valve issue, and they wanted to do a full injection service. They told me to leave my car for a few days to do further evaluation for the diagnostics. It took them 2 days to tell me this and left my car in the garage untouched doing nothing just to charge me over $200 for a diagnostics test, and not work on my car. I had to pay for a rental for those days just to get to work, when they could have worked on my car. They entire two days I watched on my app that my car never moved from the spot I left it in, so I lost money in a rental and diagnostics to have to take it somewhere to have to run diagnostics again to have another mechanic work on my car. The lack of service and courtesy at this dealership has left me convinced I will never be back, and I will take my business elsewhere.

I had bad experience at this dealers parts department. The young guy there is always on the phone and made me feel like im bothering him. He didnt pay attention to what car part i wanted resulted in getting wrong parts or incomplete parts which made me come there many times eventhough i didnt have time to come again. I would say lack of service, unprofessional, lack of knowledge. I dont even think he knows anything about car parts. Toyota gotta stop hiring these kind of people.

Went here for yearly maintenance on our 2023 Corolla. They seemingly got the job done but there wasn’t a lot of detail given on what they actually did, and worse our car wouldn’t start one month later and after roadside assistance came we learned that the dealership didn’t put our engine cover back on, and left the battery terminal so loose that it caused our battery to die. Will look elsewhere for maintenance in the future.

Predatory. Dishonest. That's the takeaway here. They tried to scam me on repairs that were unnecessary. Stay away from this place! I don't write negative reviews, ever, but I felt the need to at least warn people that this place is to be avoided! Brought the car in for an oil change which was priced exorbitantly above other Toyota dealerships and autobody shops, but hey I live nearby and want to have the work done at the dealer. My mistake. I realized I needed a state inspection so I figure 2 birds, one stone. They call me and tell me it failed inspection and I need brakes, a turning signal fixed, and front and back windshield wipers replaced. Charges close to $1000! I declined and picked up my car. Sure enough, the turn signals are all totally fine? What are they talking about. Checked them all numerous times, no issues! Windhshield wipers are fine (they noted on the sheet 'streaking'). That's two bogus up-charge right there. I bring my car to the gas station down the street and get it inspected. An hour later. it passes. Of course. So dishonest. They wanted to rake me over the coals for $1000 for work that I don't believe needs to be done (see exhibit: Turn Signals working properly). Surprising that a certified Toyota dealership is pulling this nonsense. I used to bring my car to Toyota DCH in Mamaroneck when I was in the Westchester area and their prices were reasonable and never tried to scam me. Also I brought it there six months ago for a previous oil change and they didn't mention anything about brakes. The Quensboro Toyota claims they are totally worn out. I don't drive that much. Only get the oil change based on time between services. Also, I bought this car new from Toyota. What a disgusting experience. Will never come back here for anything ever. If you want to pay for unnecessary repairs, this is the place for it.

Since we could not finalize the decision with our offered price, Ignacio took us to his manager Jordy. According to Jordy our offered price was too low and his body language was too bad. This place is a scam. Donot ever give your vehicle to get fixed here. We gave our vehicle over to them for maintenance and they didn’t fix anything!!! The issue that I reported about a noise is still there and I have already gave my car to them 2 times over 2 weeks. First time they made me wait 7 days to pick up the car giving me the rounds, then I picked up the car and it wasn’t fix. The noise was very much there. I dropped it off again. They told me my car would be fixed. They returned my car with the same noise but now my car smells like gasoline inside whenever I turn on the AC no idea what they have done to it. This place needs to be checked by Toyota corporate or something because a lot of shady people are working here messing up People vehicles purchased with their hard earned money !!!!
